Pascal Olhats, after serving as chef at Café Jardin at Sherman Library and Gardens for more than 20 years, has partnered with chef Jessica Roy, recently at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel, to create what Olhats calls “some of the best food you will ever experience.” Together with Pascal’s classically-trained experience in French cuisine and Jessica’s modern training utilizing cooking techniques with amazing food pairings, it should be a remarkable partnership. Look for lunch Monday through Friday, Sunday brunch and seasonal Sunday dinners.
